Manage your plan and billing
Your subscription is managed from the Billing tab in Settings. You can upgrade to unlock more features, downgrade if your needs change, or cancel at any time — no calls, no forms. If you're not sure which plan is right for you, the plan comparison inside the upgrade flow lists every feature side by side. Invoices are available as downloadable PDFs the moment a charge goes through.
See your current plan and upgrade
- Open Settings from your dashboard and choose the Billing tab.
- Your current plan is shown at the top with a summary of what's included and what you've used this period.
- Click Upgrade to see a full comparison of available plans — features, limits, and monthly vs. annual pricing side by side.
- Choose a plan and enter payment details. Upgrades take effect immediately: new features are unlocked the moment the payment goes through.
Downgrade or cancel your subscription
- Open Settings › Billing and click Manage plan.
- To downgrade, choose a lower plan and confirm. Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period — you won't be charged less than what you've paid, and you won't lose access to paid features until the period ends.
- To cancel, choose Cancel plan. Cancellation also takes effect at the end of the period. Your data stays intact — classes, contacts, and history are preserved even on the free plan.
Find your invoices
- Open Settings › Billing and scroll to the Billing history section.
- Every invoice is listed with its date, amount, and status (Paid, Upcoming, or Failed).
- Click any invoice to download a PDF receipt — useful for expense reporting or accountant submissions.
Good to know
- Annual plans are billed once a year and are significantly cheaper than month-to-month. The savings are shown on the plan comparison page.
- When you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged the prorated difference for the days remaining in the period — you won't pay for time you've already paid for on a lower plan.
- If a payment fails (for example, a card expires), Classy will email you and retry automatically over the next few days. Your account stays active during retries.
- Downgrading doesn't delete anything. If a feature you were using isn't available on the lower plan, the data is preserved — you just can't add new items until you upgrade again.
