Understand your analytics dashboard
The analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of how your class business is performing — not just raw numbers, but the trends and patterns that help you make better decisions. Check it weekly to see what's growing, which classes are carrying your revenue, and whether attendees are coming back.
Open your analytics dashboard
- From your dashboard, click Analytics in the left sidebar.
- Use the date range picker at the top to zoom in on a specific period — last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months, or a custom range.
- The overview cards show total revenue, total sign-ups, average class fill rate, and repeat-attendee rate for the selected period.
Read the key charts
- Revenue over time: a daily or weekly bar chart of gross revenue. Hover any bar to see the exact amount and number of transactions.
- Top classes: a ranked list of your best-performing classes by revenue and sign-ups. Use this to decide which classes to run more often.
- Retention: shows what percentage of attendees come back for a second class within 60 days. A rising retention rate means your classes are building regulars.
- Forecasting: a projected revenue line for the next 30 days based on your current sign-up pace and scheduled classes.
Metrics worth watching every week
- Fill rate: aim for 70–80% on most classes. Consistently below 50% may mean pricing, timing, or promotion needs a tweak.
- Retention rate: if fewer than 20% of attendees come back within 60 days, consider a post-class follow-up sequence or a loyalty discount.
- Revenue per class: compare your top and bottom performers to decide which classes deserve more promotion or another session.
Good to know
- All revenue figures are gross — they include the service fee before any Stripe processing costs.
- Analytics respects your account timezone. Dates and day-of-week patterns are calculated in your local time, not UTC.
- You can export a CSV of any chart's underlying data using the Download button that appears when you hover a chart.
