Connect Google Calendar
Just need the quick answer?
See the short version in the FAQConnecting Google Calendar means your class schedule lives in one place. New bookings create calendar events automatically, reschedules update them, and cancellations remove them — all without you touching Google Calendar. If you use Google Meet or Gmail, linking the two accounts also unlocks deeper integrations for class reminders and attendee messaging.
Connect your Google account
- Open Settings from your dashboard and choose the Integrations tab.
- Click Connect Google Calendar and sign in with the Google account you want to sync to.
- Review the permissions and click Allow. You'll be returned to Settings with a Connected badge.
- From this point, every new class sign-up creates a calendar event, and every reschedule or cancellation updates it automatically.
Disconnect Google Calendar
- Open Settings › Integrations and find the Google Calendar section.
- Click Disconnect. Existing calendar events are not deleted — they stay in your Google Calendar as-is.
- You can reconnect at any time by repeating the connect steps above.
What syncs automatically
- New sign-up: a calendar event is created for the class with the attendee's name in the description.
- Reschedule: the existing event is updated to the new date and time.
- Cancellation: the event is removed from your calendar.
- Each event includes the class name, location (if set), and a link back to the class in your dashboard.
Good to know
- Events sync to whichever calendar is set as your default in the Google account you connected.
- If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you connect the right one — you can disconnect and reconnect at any time.
- The sync is one-way: changes you make in Google Calendar don't update the class in your dashboard. Always use your dashboard to make official changes.
