Account
Use the AI assistant
The AI assistant is built into your dashboard and knows your account — your classes, your customers, your payments. You can ask it questions in plain English and get specific answers, or ask it to take action on your behalf. It's particularly useful for things that would otherwise require you to click through several pages: pulling up a customer's history, drafting a follow-up message after a class, or checking whether a particular attendee ever got a refund.
Open the assistant
- Click the sparkle (✦) button in the top-right corner of your dashboard. The assistant panel slides in from the right.
- Type your question or request in plain English — for example, "How many people signed up for my Saturday class?" or "Draft a message to everyone who attended last month."
- The assistant reads your classes, payments, and customer data in real time, so answers are specific to your account — not generic advice.
Take action through the assistant
- Ask the assistant to do something, not just look something up — for example, "Send a thank-you message to everyone who attended my pottery class yesterday" or "Give Maria Chen a $20 class credit."
- The assistant shows you exactly what it's about to do and asks you to confirm before anything is sent or changed.
- After you confirm, it carries out the action and shows you a summary. You can find the result in the relevant part of your dashboard immediately.
What you can ask
- Look up a customer: "What classes has James Park attended?" or "Does Sarah Chen have any class credits?"
- Get class info: "How many seats are left in next Friday's watercolour class?" or "Who's on the waitlist for the pottery session?"
- Draft messages: "Write a friendly reminder for everyone booked into Saturday's class" — then edit and send it yourself or let the assistant send it for you.
- Take action: cancel a booking, issue a class credit, or send a specific message — the assistant confirms the details with you before doing anything.
Good to know
- The assistant can only read and act on your own account data. It cannot access another instructor's customers or classes.
- Free-plan accounts can try the assistant with a limited preview of questions each day. Upgrade to unlock unlimited use.
- Everything the assistant does on your behalf is logged normally — a message it sends appears in Messages, a credit it issues appears on the attendee's order, just as if you'd done it yourself.
- The assistant is available on desktop and mobile. On mobile, open it from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
