Collect and display customer reviews

Reviews do the selling for you. A new visitor who sees five genuine star ratings from happy attendees is far more likely to book than one who finds an empty page. The review request system sends the ask automatically — you don't have to remember to follow up — and every review that comes in is stored on your dashboard where you can read, manage, and display it.

Turn on review requests

  1. 1Open Settings from your dashboard and choose the Reviews tab.
  2. 2Toggle Send review request emails on.
  3. 3Choose when the request goes out — the default is 24 hours after the class ends, which is the sweet spot: recent enough to feel timely, late enough for the class to be done.
  4. 4Optionally customise the subject line and the message body. The default copy is friendly and short — you can personalise it with your own voice.
  5. 5Save. Review requests will now go out automatically after every completed class.

Manage your reviews

  1. 1Open Reviews from your dashboard sidebar to see every review with its star rating, comment, and the class it came from.
  2. 2Use the filter to show only reviews above a certain rating or from a specific class.
  3. 3Reviews are public by default. If a review is off-topic or violates your terms, click the flag icon to request removal.

Feature reviews on your public page

  1. 1Open Settings › Public Page and scroll to the Reviews section.
  2. 2Toggle Show reviews on. Your highest-rated reviews appear automatically in a rotating carousel on your public page.
  3. 3To pin a specific review, open Reviews, find the one you want, and toggle Feature this review. Pinned reviews always appear first in the carousel.

Tips for getting more reviews

  • The best time to ask is right after a great class. The default 24-hour delay is intentional — attendees are still thinking about their experience and more likely to write something genuine.
  • Mention in class that you'll be sending a quick review request — a personal nudge dramatically increases response rates.
  • Even a 4-star average with 20 reviews outperforms a 5-star average with 2. Volume builds trust; an occasional 4-star looks realistic, not alarming.
  • Respond to reviews — a short thank-you shows you read them, which encourages more people to leave one.
