Customize your email templates
Every automated email we send on your behalf — booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, refund confirmations — can carry your brand. The email template builder lets you set your logo, accent color, and footer once, and every outgoing email picks up the design automatically. No HTML required.
Open the email template builder
- Open Settings from your dashboard and choose the Emails tab.
- Click Customize email design. The builder opens with a live preview of your current template on the right.
Customize the design
- Upload your logo — it appears at the top of every email you send.
- Choose an accent color. It's used for buttons and header backgrounds.
- Edit the footer text to add your business name, address, or any legal copy you need to include.
- Toggle the social links on or off and paste in your handles for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- When you're happy with the preview, click Save. All future automated emails — booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices — will use the new design.
Which emails use your template
- Booking confirmation: sent immediately after a successful sign-up or payment.
- Class reminder: sent 24 hours (and optionally 1 hour) before the class.
- Reschedule notice: sent when you reschedule a class, including the new time and any refund or credit options.
- Cancellation notice: sent when a class is cancelled, with any refund or credit details.
- Refund or credit confirmation: sent when you issue a refund or credit from the attendee list.
- Waitlist offer: sent when a seat opens up for a waitlisted attendee.
Tips for great-looking emails
- Use a square logo at least 300×300 pixels for the sharpest result on high-DPI screens.
- Choose an accent color that contrasts well with white — dark navy, forest green, and deep terracotta all work well.
- Keep your footer copy short: your business name, city, and an unsubscribe note is all you need.
- Send a test email to yourself after saving to make sure everything looks right in a real inbox.
