Create a recurring class series
A recurring class is the backbone of most class businesses — the same yoga class every Tuesday, a pottery drop-in every Saturday morning. Setting up the repeat schedule once means every future session is automatically created on the right day, at the right time, with the same details. You can tweak individual sessions without disturbing the rest of the series, and attendees can book as many sessions as they like in one go.
Set up a recurring class
- Open Classes from your dashboard and click New class (or edit an existing one).
- In the Schedule section, choose Recurring instead of One-time.
- Pick the repeat pattern: daily, weekly (pick which days), or monthly (pick the day of the month).
- Set the end date or the total number of occurrences. You can also leave it open-ended and add an end date later.
- Complete the rest of the class details — price, capacity, description — and save. The schedule page will show all upcoming sessions in the series.
Edit one session vs. the whole series
- Open any session in the series from your Classes page.
- Click Edit. Before the editor opens, you're asked whether the change applies to just this session or this and all future sessions.
- Choose This session only to adjust a single date (for example, an earlier start time one week) without affecting the rest.
- Choose This and all future sessions to update the whole ongoing schedule — for example, a price increase from next month onward.
Cancel one session vs. the whole series
- Open the session from your Classes page and change its status to Cancelled.
- You'll be asked whether to cancel just this session or the full series.
- If you cancel the full series, all future sessions are cancelled and enrolled attendees are notified. Past sessions are unaffected.
How attendees book recurring sessions
- On your public page, recurring sessions appear as separate bookable dates. Attendees pick the session that suits them and complete checkout as normal.
- If you offer a series pass (via prepaid packages), attendees can buy credits upfront and apply them to any session in the series.
- Attendees who attend a session are not automatically enrolled in the next one — each session is booked individually unless you're using packages.
- If you cancel a session an attendee has booked, they're notified immediately and their refund or credit is handled by the option you choose at cancellation.
