Classes
Manage attendees on your class
Every class has an Attendees tab where you can handle the full lifecycle of a booking — adding guests, placing walk-ins, moving someone to a different class, or cancelling a spot. You don't need to ask the attendee to do anything; all of it is done from your side in a few clicks.
Add a guest to an existing reservation
- Open the class from your Classes page and go to the Attendees tab.
- Find the existing attendee you want to add a guest for.
- Click the three-dot (⋯) menu next to their name and choose Add guest.
- Enter the guest's name and any other required details, then save.
- The guest is now linked to the original attendee's reservation and receives their own confirmation.
Manually add an attendee
- Open the class and go to the Attendees tab.
- Click the Add attendee button near the top of the list.
- Enter the attendee's name, email, and any other required fields.
- Save — they're added as confirmed, no payment required. Use this for walk-ins, phone bookings, or comp spots.
Transfer an attendee to a different class
- Open the class the attendee is currently booked in and go to the Attendees tab.
- Find the attendee, click the three-dot (⋯) menu, and choose Transfer.
- Select the destination class from the list.
- Confirm — the original booking is cancelled and a new confirmed booking is created in the new class. The attendee gets a notification.
Cancel a single booking
- Open the class and go to the Attendees tab.
- Find the attendee, click the three-dot (⋯) menu, and choose Cancel.
- If the attendee paid, you'll be prompted to issue a refund or class credit. Choose one and confirm.
- The booking is removed and the attendee is notified.
Good to know
- Guests are linked to the original attendee's reservation — they appear together on the roster.
- Manually added attendees are marked as such on the roster so you always know how they got in.
- Transfers create a new confirmed booking in the destination class; the original class seat opens up immediately.
- Cancelling a paid booking prompts you to choose between a cash refund and a class credit — you pick what makes sense for the situation.
- If you want to seat two people next to each other, assign them adjacent seats in the Seating view after adding them.
