Reward customers with loyalty badges
Loyalty badges reward your regulars and give newcomers a reason to keep coming back. Each badge is a named milestone — "Attended 3 classes", "Workshop veteran", whatever fits your business — that customers unlock automatically when they hit the target. Badges show up on your public page so new visitors can see what they're working toward, and you can see exactly who has earned what from the Loyalty dashboard.
Create a badge
- Open Loyalty from your dashboard sidebar and choose the Badges tab.
- Click New badge and give it a name attendees will see (for example, "Studio Regular" or "5-Class Champion").
- Write a short description — one or two sentences explaining what the badge means and why it matters.
- Set the trigger: choose Completed sign-ups and enter the number of classes an attendee must complete to earn it. You can restrict it to classes in a specific category if the milestone should only count for, say, your advanced workshops.
- Upload a badge icon — a simple, bold image works best at small sizes. Square PNGs at 400×400 pixels are ideal.
- Save. The badge is active immediately and will be awarded retroactively to any customer who already qualifies.
Show badges on your public page
- Open Settings and choose the Public Page tab.
- Scroll to the Loyalty section and toggle Show loyalty badges on.
- Save. Your public page now displays a Loyalty programme section listing all your active badges — visible to every visitor, logged in or not.
See who has earned a badge
- Open Loyalty › Badges and click any badge.
- The badge detail page shows every customer who has earned it, when they earned it, and their total class count.
- You can message badge holders directly from this page — useful for sending them a thank-you or an exclusive offer.
Ideas that work
- A "First timer" badge for completing one class is a warm welcome and a small commitment — people who earn it are more likely to book again.
- "Studio regular" at 5 classes is the sweet spot for a mid-tier badge — attainable enough to motivate, meaningful enough to feel special.
- Pair badge milestones with a bulk message: when someone earns the 10-class badge, send a personal congratulations with a discount code for their next session.
- Displaying badges on your public page adds social proof — it shows visitors that real people keep coming back, which builds trust faster than any copy you could write.
