Sell your classes on your Shopify store
The Classy Shopify app puts your live class schedule right on your Shopify store, so shoppers can browse your classes and sign up without leaving your site. Setup starts on the Shopify side: you install the app from Shopify, link your Classy storefront inside the embedded app, and add the Classy Classes block to your theme. Classy stays the source of truth — when you add, edit, or cancel a class here, your store updates automatically, and every sign-up goes through secure Classy checkout.
Install the Classy app on your store
- Open the Classy app listing in the Shopify App Store (search for “Classy”), or use the install link we share with you.
- Click Install and approve the app in your Shopify admin. The app doesn't request access to your products, orders, or customer data — it only displays your Classy classes.
- When the install finishes, Shopify opens the Classy app inside your Shopify admin.
Link your Classy account
- In the Classy app inside your Shopify admin, enter your Classy storefront slug — the part after your Classy URL, e.g. classy.rsvp/jane-pottery → jane-pottery.
- Click Connect Classy. The app confirms the link and shows your connected storefront.
- Back in Classy, open Settings → Integrations. The Shopify card now shows your store as connected.
Add the Classy Classes block to your theme
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes and click Customize on your active theme.
- Navigate to the page where you want your classes to appear.
- Click Add section (or Add block inside an existing section) and choose Classy Classes from the Apps group.
- Position the block where you want it, then click Save.
- Visit your store to check it — the block shows your live upcoming classes and sends shoppers to secure Classy checkout to sign up.
Good to know
- The app never touches your Shopify products, orders, or customer data — it only displays your Classy classes.
- Payments, sign-up confirmations, reminders, and refunds all run through Classy exactly as they do everywhere else.
- The Settings → Integrations page in Classy shows your connection status; there's nothing to configure on the Classy side.
- Prefer a copy-paste snippet instead of the app? The embed guide covers adding a Custom Liquid section to any Shopify theme.
Disconnect Shopify
- In Classy, open Settings → Integrations and find the Shopify card.
- Click Disconnect. The theme block stops showing your classes until you link a Classy account again.
- To remove the app entirely, uninstall it from Settings → Apps and sales channels in your Shopify admin.
