Intermediate Farmhouse Christmas Cookie Decorating Workshop Ready to build on the basics and take your cookie decorating to the next level? Step into a cozy, farmhouse-inspired holiday setting as you decorate 6 vanilla-almond sugar cookies while learning techniques that add dimension, texture, and a beautifully polished finish. This class is designed for those who are already comfortable with outlining and flooding cookies and are ready to grow. If you’ve taken 1–2 of my classes or have some decorating experience, this is the perfect next step. We’ll focus on refining your technique and creating clean, polished designs with added detail and precision. In this class, you’ll learn how to: Work with multiple icing consistencies to achieve different effects and finishes Create crisp, clean edges between each section for a more polished, professional finish Use a dehydrator to set icing quickly, allowing for layering, added detail, and a smoother, more polished finish Build dimension through layering techniques to create more visually detailed designs Add realistic texture and depth to bring your designs to life Make and apply royal icing transfers during class Work with a piping tip to create soft ruffle textures Learn multiple ways to cut your piping bag to create a variety of greenery styles Use painting techniques to add detail and depth Write neatly with royal icing Ages: 16+ Skill Level: Intermediate What’s Included: All cookies, icing, tools, and supplies are provided Note: Because this workshop focuses on more advanced techniques and a wider range of materials, take-home kits will not be offered for this class.
